Meet our new Campaign Manager!

Hello Friends,

We are excited to introduce you to Sarah Griffin, our new Campaign Manager for Darcy Huffman for State Representative. Sarah will be doing voter outreach, fundraising and managing volunteers. She is thrilled to be part of Team Huffman and cannot wait to connect with you!

Sarah is a recent graduate from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, where she studied U.S. Politics and Government. During her undergraduate career, Sarah interned with the Washington State House of Representatives and discovered her passion for local politics and civic engagement. After graduating, Sarah worked as the House Assistant Civic Education Director for the 2020 session, supporting sixty-four interns from twelve universities across the state. Sarah loves working with students and is eager to get young people involved in the campaign.

Originally from Northern California, Sarah spends all of her free time outside soaking up the Washington sunshine. While quarantining, Sarah has been practicing her backyard badminton skills with her housemates to distract herself from her heartbreak over the postponed Olympic games.

You are invited to meet Sarah at our next Team Huffman virtual phone banking session onThursday, May 28 from 6-8pm. We will have brief training session and spend the remaining time calling voters in the district to check in and offer them resources during this public health crisis. It is crucial that we continue to talk to voters and spread the word about our campaign. We cannot win this race without you and we would greatly appreciate a few hours of your time. For more information and to receive the link to the Zoom meeting, please RSVP to Sarah at We look forward to connecting with you virtually at our phone bank next week and thank you for your continued support!

We're in it to win it!

-Sarah and Darcy
